Jonathan D. Singer
Jonathan D. Singer is a founding member of Riviere Cresci & Singer LLC. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Singer was in the real estate law department of a major retail corporation in New York City, where he worked on commercial lease and contracts negotiations with developers and property owners.
Along with his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University - Newark, Mr. Singer also has a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University. During the course of his career Mr. Singer spent a number of years in the corporate world; he also was instrumental in developing two start-up businesses in New York City. However, Mr. Singer always knew his passion was in the legal field. As such, Mr. Singer enrolled in law school, where he excelled in his academic pursuits. He was awarded a Dean’s Merit Scholarship for his academic achievement.
Since Mr. Singer began practicing law, he has placed his concentration on personal injury, consumer bankruptcy, and consumer protection law. However, while these are his primary areas of practice, Mr. Singer also has experience in a multitude of legal matters. He continually keeps himself on the leading edge of his practice areas with his membership in the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Monmouth County Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to the bar in both New Jersey and New York. He is admitted to practice before the both the state courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as the US District Court for both the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York.
Jonathan currently resides in Monmouth County with his wife and three children.
